how many people should i take with me to pick out my wedding dress?
first of all, i'm not engaged and i really dont plan to be for awhile...but today i was at a picnic with my whole family&i said i had a serious boyfriend and we've been together for awhile...they then began to talk about marriage, the ceremony, the dress, bridal shower, etc...i told them i'm not close to getting married so we all laughed about it...but it does have me thinking...all these people want to be apart of picking out my dress..and i really dont want them all there..they were all really excited too...all i want there is my mom, grandma, 2 sisters, bfs mom&sister and my bff... but when i was there THEY made a list who should come with us... -my mom -grandma -2 sisters -my bff -3 aunts -4 cousins -bfs mom -bfs sister thats like 14 people..plus myself...thats tooooo many i think...even though i dont have to deal with this now, i do plan on at least getting engaged in the next few years if this relationship is going how it is now. so i was jw when the time comes for wedding dress shopping what should i say to all the people that want to come but i dont want them there? or should i just bring them along anyways?... btw:ik this is a weird question..it just had me thinking alil bit so i thot id ask :) oh and also...my bf ended up coming later in the picnic..and they asked him if he was thinking about marriage yet...talk about embarassing :/...expesially bc we arent even 20 yet....

What to expect when wedding dress shopping?
Hi I'm a size 8 to 10, and only 5ft tall. In wedding dress shops are all the dresses in a size 16 and designed to fit girls that are 6ft tall, or do they ever stock some that might remotely fit me? I know they can be ordered/altered to fit, that isn't my question. I just want to know if, on my first trip to try them on, will they always be too big? Thanks

Dress shopping entourage?
I'm beginning to think about looking for a wedding dress and don't know who to bring along with me. I know that I want to bring my mom, my sister (who is a bridesmaid), and my maid of honor. Should I also include the other bridesmaids (3 others) or just keep it at 3 people total? Any suggestions on including grandmothers? How many people did you bring when you went wedding dress shopping and how did that work? Any feedback would be helpful :)
